S.U Energy Optimization sustainably improves the energy efficiency of manufacturing plants.
Within the scope of S.U, we analyze a companyÃ¢€™s overall energy balance sheet, taking into consideration all forms of energy Ã¢€“ including electrical, mechanical, and thermal energy, as well as all sources of energy used, such as oil, gas, and water. S.U Energy Optimization is divided into four phases: We carry out an energy health check to identify potential for optimization. We then perform a technical analysis to assess the actual potential for saving energy. In the third phase, we develop an individual concept that takes into account ROI and feasibility. As the final phase, sustainable measures are implemented.
In production plants, nearly 70 percent of electrical energy needs are attributable to drives. While UES Energy Optimization also takes the drive systems into consideration, drive analysis can also be ordered separately as a special service package.

Steps toward an energy-optimized manufacturing plant
Phase 1: Energy Health Check: Based on a computer-assisted interview, the energy health check systematically examines and evaluates all operational processes relevant to energy management as well as the pertinent organizational structures. The goal is to identify where energy management can be improved as well as potential for savings. Current energy management is compared with the industry, country, and sector average, using more than 2,000 evaluated companies as the basis for the comparison.
Phase 2: Analysis phase: The technical analysis takes place on site. The objective is to derive specific optimization measures for increasing energy efficiency. First we analyze the energy consumption of the entire plant, investigating all forms of energy, energy supply and distribution, energy data acquisition, and potential energy losses. Then we define specific optimization goals and identify potential measures, including the necessary investments.
Phase 3: Concept phase: The first step in the concept phase is to prioritize the previously identified actions. These are evaluated based on the technical effort required and the financial expense, and a detailed technical and financial study is created. The technical actions are carried out in close cooperation with the production and maintenance functions as well as partners or suppliers. We use measurements and calculations to determine the actual savings potential. To ascertain the actual investment needed, we obtain binding offers. After the optimal measures are agreed upon, we create a detailed implementation concept.
Phase 4: Implementation: Professional project management ensures rapid implementation. Only select partners implement the measures. In this context, we of course also check for any possible subsidies. After all, with UES you are ensuring systematic reduction of energy consumption and thus a sustainable reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Our Vision: Green building concept is based on the principle of "sustainable" design, where the building is designed employing advantages of natural resources like day lighting, passive cooling, water conservation, & solar electric energy generation. Also, the floor layout and site plan are designed in such a way that enhance "socially sustainable" functions.
A training program will be implemented and executed, mainly for entry-level community healthcare workers. Various educational programs for women will also be imparted in areas as diverse as family planning, prenatal health, birthing, infant care & nutrition. Organic gardens will be utilized as teaching tools during such training programmes for women and family members. Here, trainees will be taught how to plan, grow, cultivate products, i.e., enhance their own gardening methods at the comfort and ease of their homes. Additionally, a demonstration kitchen will be used to impart various culinary trainings, where trainees will be taught how to cook and prepare food in different healthy ways. There will also be the facility of a vendors' area where women can easily market fruits, vegetables, and a wide variety of produce they grow, and other wares.

As green buildings are designed with an environmentally-sensitive approach, they leave a lighter carbon footprint on the environment through effective utilization of resources.
